Live, physician guided 50-Day Protocol To Uncover Food Intolerances, Heal Your Gut & Regain Your Health
Functional medicine focuses on identifying and addressing the root cause of disease. One of the most powerful tools to do this is diet, as choosing the right foods may help reduce inflammation and the risk of illness.
Approximately 4% of American adults have a food allergies (hives, anaphylaxis) and 15-20% of adults have a food intolerance or sensitivities. An elimination diet is designed to clear the body of foods and chemicals that may be triggering sensitivity or allergic symptoms, support the microbiome, reduce inflammation, and increase phytonutrient intake. For people with suspected food sensitivities, an elimination diet can help identify problematic foods leading to improved health.
This Whole30-style, elimination diet is a short-term, physician-guided, 50-day program that guides you through removal of specific foods from your diet for 30 days. This 30-day period is proceeded by 10-days of preparation and followed by 10 days of careful food reintroduction. This course provides step-by-step instructions, meal plans, and resource guides. During the months of January and September, Dr. Leazenby is available to answer questions and provide encouragement through facebook and live zoom classes.
This course is perfect if:
You have tried other quick fix diets and were dissatisfied with the results.
You are ready to put in the work to achieve the health that you want.
You suspect certain foods have a negative effect on your body.

What is an elimination diet?
It is a process of removing specific foods that are most likely to trigger inflammation and unwanted health problems. During a defined period of time, you focus instead on eating the highest quality anti-inflammatory whole foods. The avoided foods are reintroduced systematically to help you identify which foods may be problematic.
In functional medicine, the elimination diet is the gold standard for discovering the foods that do not agree with you as well as the foods that make you feel your best. The information you learn from an elimination diet allows you to create a sustainable food-as-medicine plan for your life.
